On April 15, 2019, Fortune China officially released the 2019 list of Top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in China. Chen Chunhua, K.C.Wong Chair Professor and Dean of the BiMBA Business School of the National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University, earned a spot on the list.

Fortune is one of the most professional financial magazines in the world, and the annual Fortune Global 500 list and other multiple lists under the magazine exert a far-reaching influence.

Fortune China commented on Professor Chen Chunhua: “Chen Chunhua, known as the “President Professor”, boasts the successful corporate management experience that most academic scholars do not have. She has easily handled academic research and practical business operation for many years and pioneered the empirical and field studies on enterprises in management research in domestic higher institutions. Since becoming Dean of the BiMBA Business School of the NSD in 2017, this legendary business mentor has continued to exert her influence as a scholar in the Chinese business circle. In 2018, Chen Chunhua published a new book, Symbiosis: The Evolution Path for Future Business Organizations , which describes a new form of business organizations——the 'symbiotic organization'——in the era of the Internet of Everything based on her tracking study on Chinese companies in the past 30 years."

In 2016, Professor Chen Chunhua joined the NSD at Peking University, and in 2017, she officially took the office of Dean of the BiMBA Business School, NSD. Over the past two years, in addition to her continuing influence on management research and management thought production and dissemination, Professor Chen, as Dean of BiMBA Business School, designed a future-oriented curriculum for EMBA students of the NSD and equipped each MBA student with a supervisor. Meanwhile, she also created the CH0100 Program (the 100 Chief Human Resources Officers Program).

In a more groundbreaking manner, she drove the cooperation between the Mulan Foundation and the NSD at Peking University to establish Mulan Academy, with the successful launch of three teaching programs including China Women Leaders 20, New Leaders' Camp and Female Entrepreneurs in 2017, which built a milestone by creating a professional learning platform for Chinese businesswomen.

Before she earned a spot on Fortune 's 2019 list of Top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in China, Professor Chen has been recognized by Fortune 's list of China's Top 25 Most Influential Businesswomen for four consecutive years.
