Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Economics (Public Economics)
The National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University, a leading Chinese institution in economic teaching and research, is offering one tenure-track position in the field of public economics.
Teaching will be at the undergraduate, MBA, M.A. and Ph.D. levels and may be in Chinese or English. A normal teaching load is two courses per year. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The ranks for this position are open. For the rank of assistant professor, applicants should have intensive training in public economics and related fields, have strong research interests in public economics issues (e.g., taxation, public expenditure, fiscal policy, and political economy), and have a Ph.D. or expect one by August 2021. For the ranks of associate professor and full professor, applicants should have a Ph.D. and outstanding records in teaching, research, and public services.
