Tenure-Track Faculty Positions in Management and Marketing at National School of Development of Peking University

The National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University, China, is hiring new members to join our tenure-track faculty. We have multiple positions available in the fields of management and marketing and the positions are open for all ranks. The expected starting date is the fall of 2021 or negotiable.

Candidates from all areas in management (strategic management, innovation/entrepreneurship, international management, organization theory, organizational behavior, and human resource management) and in marketing (marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing analysis) will be considered.

The faculties of management and marketing are hosted in the BiMBA Business School within the NSD. BiMBA offers an Executive MBA Program taught in Chinese that confers an EMBA degree from Peking University. It also hosts two MBA programs in collaboration with internationally acclaimed business schools that will confer the MBA degree from, respectively, University College London (UCL) of UK and Vlerick Business School of Belgium. NSD also houses its own doctoral program in management and marketing. The recruited faculty members are expected to teach at the Undergraduate, MBA/EMBA/EDP, and doctoral levels. The official working language includes both Chinese and English.

The ideal candidates for our faculty positions must hold a doctoral degree (by Fall 2021) from a globally reputable research university and demonstrate an ability to do high quality research that will have a major impact on their respective field of study.

Our current faculty members publish in Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of World Business, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Business Research and other mainstream journals in management and marketing as well as top tier scholarly journals in Chinese.
